i. Can I cancel my digital subscription before the expiry of the subscription period?

Order for digital service Subscription - You can call our customer support to cancel the subscription, your subscription will cancel effective the current expiration date. You will be able to use the service for rest of the period or you can choose to cancel immediately; No Refund will be issues. However, if you are unhappy with our service, you can reach out to our customer service and we may be able to offer you a partial refund or full refund based on the request.

ii Can I cancel my appointment before the appointment scheduled date?

Order for digital appointment with doctor -

• If you cancel an order 72 hours of scheduled appointment, a cancellation service charge will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded within 21 business days from the date of cancellation request.
• If you cancel an order between 72 hours to 24 hours before the appointment, a doctor service fee equal to 50% of the appointment fee plus a cancellation charge will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded within 21 business days from the date of cancellation request.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, no amount will be refunded.
• If an appointment is cancelled due to non-availability of care provider or due to a long waiting period, the entire payment will be refunded to the customer within 21 business days from the date of cancellation request.

For cancellation, we reserve the right to send the refund on original mode of payment or by other means like check or digital valet.
