6 Months agoI am an Army officer and my My son aged 27 is supposedly (as he claims)suffering from ADHD and anxiety disorder.he was advised escitalopram by a psychiatrist.he has been taking it for around 20 days,seek an appointment for physical consultation and monitoring please.
My mother is getting mantle day by day. Crying day by day and harm owmself

I have sleeping problems. How to fix it?
2 Months agoIts been months that i am facing problems with my sleep. When i sleep , i feel like i am lacking oxygen and feels like how you accidentally forget to step on a staircase. Feels like my body is trapped inside a small cage and i cant move. And much more .
