Dear Doctor, I am a 36-year-old male experiencing difficulties due to severe penile curvature developed over last 4 years. At times, I only achieve a soft erection, while on other occasions, I experience very hard, long-lasting, and painful erections, especially during early morning hours, which can last for more than 1-2 hours. This curvature now causes pain during erections and makes intercourse extremely difficult. Additionally, I have noticed coiled nerves under the foreskin, which are painful to touch during a hard erection. Could this be Peyronie's disease? As far as my understanding this might require a surgery. I would like to avoid surgery at any cost so please advise if it be treated with homeopathic medication?
